Thanksgiving Turkey Cupcakes Recipe
Thanksgiving turkey cupcakes are easily created from plain cupcakes, vanilla wafers, candy corn, and fruit leather, offering a festive and engaging activity for children.

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Combine brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, molasses, and vanilla extract in a large bowl; mix thoroughly.

Stir in pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice.

Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.

Gradually add dry ingredients and milk to the pumpkin mixture, alternating halves, mixing until smooth.

Line a muffin tin, fill liners two-thirds full, and bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool cupcakes completely.

Frost each cooled cupcake with chocolate frosting.

Position a vanilla wafer on the bottom half of each cupcake.

Arrange candy corn above the wafer, white side down, to form feathers.

Attach candy eyes to the upper wafer with a dab of frosting; use an orange candy corn piece or a cut candy for the beak.
