Thanksgiving Leftovers Party Buns

Leftover yeast rolls are transformed into festive Thanksgiving party buns, layered with chopped turkey, smoked gouda, sweet hot mustard, and cranberry jam.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. Slice the entire pack of yeast rolls in half horizontally.

  3. Place the bottom roll halves on an aluminum baking sheet.

  4. Layer turkey and cranberry sauce onto the bottom halves.

  5. Spread sweet hot mustard on the remaining roll tops and add smoked gouda.

  6. Return the mustard-smeared roll tops onto the turkey and cranberry layers.

  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes.

  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until golden.

  9. Serve the buns.
