Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. Place chicken pieces in a baking dish.

  3. Blend all remaining ingredients to create the tom yum sauce, then taste and adjust seasoning.

  4. Pour sauce over chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated.

  5. Marinate chicken in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 24 hours.
