Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper, foil, or cooking oil spray.

  2. Thaw and thoroughly pat dry the green peas.

  3. Place peas in a mixing bowl, add oil, toss to coat, then add all other ingredients and toss again.

  4. Spread the seasoned peas in a single layer on the prepared sheet.

  5. Bake for 1 hour on the center rack; for extra crispness, stir and bake an additional 20 to 30 minutes until browned.

  6. Allow to cool completely before covering or storing.
