Thai Iced Tea Cocktail

Instructions

  1. Combine Irish cream, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, clove, vanilla, and anise; allow to infuse for 2 to 3 hours, then strain.

  2. Fill a tall glass with ice, then pour in the rum and tea.

  3. Slowly layer 3 ounces of the infused cream mixture on top.

  4. Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg.
