Thai Grilled Chili-Garlic Chicken Recipe

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine chili, garlic, honey, soy sauce, fish sauce, vinegar, onion powder, and brown sugar.

  3. Add chicken, toss to coat, and marinate for 30 minutes to 3 hours in the refrigerator.

  4. Prepare a grill for indirect medium heat (350-375F) and brush with vegetable oil.

  5. Grill chicken over the inactive burner, brushing with leftover marinade after turning. Discard any remaining marinade.

  6. Grill chicken for 20-25 minutes, until it reaches 165F internal temperature and is opaque. Serve.
