Instructions

  1. Soak noodles in cold water for 20-30 minutes until soft; drain and set aside.

  2. While noodles soak, bring broth to a boil in a wok or deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

  3. Add all other sauce ingredients, protein (chicken, wheat gluten, or tofu), and mushrooms; stir well.
