Instructions

  1. Combine coconut milk, lime juice, chile flakes, sugar, and fish sauce to make the dressing; taste and adjust as needed.

  2. Thinly slice cabbage into strands.

  3. Place sliced cabbage and all other vegetables in a bowl, reserving half the fresh coriander.
