Thai Basil Shrimp Stir-Fry Recipe

Instructions

Combine all stir-fry sauce ingredients and set aside.

Prepare a paste from the garlic, chile, and onion, then set aside.

Heat a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Drizzle in oil, then stir-fry the shrimp for 1 minute until light pink.

Add the garlic-chili paste and continue stir-frying for 1 more minute.

Incorporate the peppers and chicken stock, stir-frying for 3 minutes until peppers are tender-crisp.

Pour in the reserved stir-fry sauce while continuing to stir-fry.
