Tandoori Shrimp

Instructions

  1. Peel, devein, rinse, and pat dry the shrimp.

  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl, add shrimp, and mix well to coat.

  3. Seal and refrigerate the shrimp to marinate for 1 hour.

  4. Preheat the grill to high heat.

  5. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, reserving any remaining marinade.

  6. Grill shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, brushing with the reserved marinade, until they turn pink.

  7. Remove from grill and serve immediately with lemon or lime wedges.
