Instructions

Heat oil on medium-low in a large sauté pan.

Crumble farmer's cheese in a large bowl, then whisk in eggs and vanilla extract.

Stir in 1/2 cup flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda until a thick batter forms.

Place the remaining 1/4 cup flour in a shallow dish for dredging.
