Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F if using a roasting pan.

  2. Combine flour, salt, pepper, and garlic salt.

  3. Pound venison steaks to tenderize, then coat them in the flour mixture.

  4. Brown the coated steaks in a heavy skillet.

  5. Place browned steaks in a roasting pan or slow cooker.

  6. Pour both soups over the meat.

  7. Cook for 3 hours in the preheated oven or 4 hours on high in a slow cooker.
