Swiss Chard and Tofu Stir-Fry

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook until lightly browned (1-2 minutes).

Stir in cubed tofu; cook until golden brown.

When tofu is almost cooked, add soy sauce or tamari and stir to coat.

Add mushrooms and cook for 1 minute.

Add chopped Swiss chard, drizzle with sesame oil, stir, then season with sea salt and cayenne pepper.

Cook chard until slightly wilted but still tender.
