Sweet Potato Rolls

Instructions

Start boiling salted water. Peel and cube 2 sweet potatoes.

Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water for 20 minutes until tender; drain, mash, cool, and measure 1 cup.

Add all ingredients to a bread machine according to manufacturer instructions, then run the basic dough cycle.

After the dough cycle, divide the dough into 16 to 20 pieces, shape into balls, and place in a greased 9-inch square baking pan.

Cover the rolls and let them rise for 45 minutes in a warm place. Preheat oven to 375 F.

Bake for 20 to 23 minutes, until browned.

Brush the hot rolls with melted butter.
