Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F with a rack in the center.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer.

Add sweet potato puree, brown sugar, and granulated sugar; beat until smooth.

Blend in flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.

Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until just combined.

Pour the filling into a prepared pie crust.
