Sweet Green Tea Sauce
A simple sweet green tea sauce, excellent for enhancing desserts, drinks, and vanilla ice cream.

Instructions

Start boiling water.

Combine matcha, sugar, and salt in a heat-proof container.

Pour boiling water over the mixture, stirring until dissolved.

Warm the cream with the green tea mixture in a small saucepan over low heat until tiny bubbles appear at the edge.

Remove from heat, cool completely, and then refrigerate.
