Sweet and Savory Chocolate Bacon Bark

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Chop bacon into small bits, reserving one-third for topping.

Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every minute until smooth.

Stir the remaining two-thirds of chopped bacon into the melted chocolate until incorporated.

Pour chocolate onto the prepared sheet, spread to 1/4-inch thickness, and sprinkle with reserved bacon, pressing gently.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set, then break into uneven pieces and serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
