Instructions

  1. Crush roasted peanuts into a fine powder using a mortar and pestle or food processor.

  2. Spread the peanut crumble between two paper towels on a counter, then top with a heavy pot and additional weight; press for 30-60 minutes to remove excess oil.

  3. Transfer the dried peanut crumble to a bowl, add the remaining spices, and stir thoroughly.

  4. Use the suya spice on various meats before or after grilling, or as a topping for cooked skewers.
