Summer Seafood Pasta Salad

A refreshing seafood pasta salad features shell pasta, ranch dressing, and your choice of imitation crab or shrimp.

Instructions

  1. Start boiling water for the pasta.

  2. Cook pasta until al dente, then rinse with cold water and drain.

  3. Combine cooled pasta, seafood, cheese, ranch dressing, peas, bell peppers, onion, and optional carrot in a large bowl; mix thoroughly.

  4. Chill salad for 3 to 4 hours, adding more dressing if dry, then garnish with tomatoes and parmesan.
