Sugar-Free, No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

In a medium saucepan, combine 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 1/2 cup milk, 1 1/2 cups keto sweetener, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, and 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.

Remove from heat once boiling and well combined.

Stir in 2 1/2 cups rolled oats, 3/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1/4 teaspoon salt until thoroughly mixed.

Drop heaping teaspoons of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Refrigerate for one hour until firm before serving.
