Instructions

  1. Melt coconut oil and chocolate chips until smooth.

  2. Wash and thoroughly dry strawberries, keeping stems on or using a skewer for handling.

  3. Dip each strawberry into the chocolate, coating completely, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  4. Coat all strawberries a second time.
