Strawberry-Rhubarb Dump Cake Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and butter a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  2. Place rhubarb in the prepared dish.

  3. Layer with granulated sugar, then sprinkle strawberry gelatin over it.

  4. Distribute dry cake mix over the gelatin, then pour water evenly over the cake mix.

  5. Drizzle melted butter over the top; do not stir.

  6. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.

  7. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
