Strawberry Parfait
A quick and easy strawberry parfait layers fresh fruit, cream, and amaretto-soaked cookie crumbs for a delightful summer treat.

Instructions

Crush amaretti biscuits until coarse, reserving 2 tablespoons for garnish.

Divide crushed biscuits among 4 dessert dishes, press firmly, and spoon amaretto over them; refrigerate.

Thinly slice the largest strawberries and finely chop the rest, reserving a few slices for decoration.

Arrange strawberry slices in the chilled glasses, then fill the center with half of the chopped strawberries; refrigerate.

Whip cream, vanilla extract, and confectioners' sugar until stiff peaks form.

Pipe or spoon half of the whipped cream into the glasses.

Top with the remaining chopped strawberries and the rest of the cream.

Decorate with reserved strawberry slices and amaretti crumbs, then serve immediately.
