Instructions

  1. Slice the kielbasa into 2-inch pieces.

  2. In a large saucepan, combine the sliced kielbasa with brown sugar, applesauce, mustard, and garlic.

  3. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it simmers.

  4. Reduce heat to low and continue to simmer, stirring often, for 10-14 minutes, or until the sausage is glazed and registers 165 F internally.

  5. Serve immediately.
