Sticky Buns

Sweet sticky buns are quickly prepared using pre-made crescent rolls, generously topped with pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, and syrup.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

  2. Place butter and nuts in the greased pan, then heat in the oven for 2 minutes.

  3. Remove the pan, stir in brown sugar and maple syrup, then spread the mixture evenly.

  4. Remove dough from the can without separating, then cut into 6 or 12 slices.

  5. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then dip both sides of each dough slice into the mixture.

  6. Arrange rolls evenly in the pan, sprinkling any remaining sugar over them.

  7. Bake for 17 to 20 minutes, then cool for 1 minute.

  8. Invert the pan onto a serving platter by placing a plate upside down over it.

  9. Spoon any excess drippings over the rolls and serve warm.
