Sriracha Bacon Burger Recipe
A burger featuring spicy sriracha-infused patties topped with a creamy sriracha sauce.

Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Prepare the sriracha sauce by combining ketchup, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, white vinegar, garlic, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl; set aside.

Cook bacon to desired crispiness, then drain on paper towels.

Combine ground beef with sriracha sauce and form into 6 equal patties. Season with salt and black pepper.

Grill patties on a well-oiled grate for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

During the last 1-2 minutes of grilling, place havarti slices on patties until melted.

Remove cooked patties from the grill and let rest for 4-5 minutes.

Assemble burgers: place lettuce and tomato on the bottom bun, add a patty, then top with the prepared sriracha sauce, 1-2 bacon slices, and the top bun.
