Spring Roll Wrappers
A simple recipe for homemade spring roll wrappers, ideal when premade options are unavailable.

Instructions

In a large bowl, stir salt into flour.

Mix water into the flour to form a batter.

Cover the batter and let it rest for 1 hour.

Preheat a cooking-sprayed pan over medium-low heat.

Adjust batter consistency with water if too thick; it should drip from a spoon.

Reduce heat to low, then add a heaping tablespoon of batter to the pan.

Quickly spread the batter into a 5-6 inch diameter circle.

Cook briefly until the bottom is set and edges curl, ensuring not to overcook.

Carefully remove the wrapper and store refrigerated or frozen for future use.
