Spring Peas With Sumac and Feta Recipe
A fresh spring pea side dish, quick-sauteed with garlic and sumac, then garnished with crumbled feta.

Instructions

Start boiling lightly salted water. Shell peas, cook in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.

Heat olive oil in a large saute pan and saute minced garlic for 1 minute until translucent.

Add drained peas, toss to coat, and warm. Season with sumac, salt, and pepper.

Serve warm, topped with crumbled feta cheese.
