Instructions

  1. Combine spinach, onions, and radishes in a large bowl, then cover and refrigerate.

  2. Cook bacon until crisp, drain, and set aside.

  3. Whisk together bacon drippings, sugar, vinegar, water, salt, and pepper; refrigerate until serving.

  4. Before serving, microwave the dressing until it boils (30-45 seconds).

  5. Toss chopped egg with the greens, then pour hot dressing over and toss lightly.

  6. Portion salad onto plates, topping each with egg slices and crumbled bacon.
