Spinach Salad With Apple Vinaigrette

Instructions

Wash and dry spinach.

Whisk together sugar, vinegar, grated onion, mustard, salt, and vegetable oil in a bowl, then stir in apple.

Chill spinach and dressing separately until ready to serve.

Just before serving, pour dressing over spinach, toss, and optionally top with crumbled bacon and nuts.
