Spinach Salad With Apple Vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry spinach.

  2. Whisk together sugar, vinegar, grated onion, mustard, salt, and vegetable oil in a bowl, then stir in apple.

  3. Chill spinach and dressing separately until ready to serve.

  4. Just before serving, pour dressing over spinach, toss, and optionally top with crumbled bacon and nuts.
