Spinach Casserole

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a 1-quart or 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

  2. Thaw and thoroughly squeeze excess water from the spinach.

  3. Combine the prepared spinach, softened cream cheese, and 1/4 cup melted butter in a large bowl.

  4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared casserole dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and paprika, and drizzle with the remaining 1/4 cup butter. Season to taste.

  5. Bake the casserole for 25 minutes.
