Spinach and Onion Quiche

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

To make the crust, combine flour and salt, then cut in chilled butter until crumbly; gradually mix in water to form a dough ball and chill for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Grease an 8x8-inch pan or pie dish, then roll out and line it with the chilled pastry.
