Spinach and Artichoke Dip

A rich and creamy spinach and artichoke dip serves as an excellent game day appetizer.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion, salt, and pepper, then sauté on low for 3 minutes until soft.

  3. Stir in spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until fully incorporated. Fold in cheddar cheese and 3/4 cup Parmesan, season further, and heat through.

  4. Transfer the dip to a greased casserole dish and top with remaining Parmesan.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve immediately or at room temperature with chips or bread.
