Spicy Whole Roasted Cauliflower With Parmesan

Preheat the oven to 400 F and lightly grease a small baking sheet.

Trim the cauliflower by removing leaves and the hard base.

Whisk olive oil, lemon zest, juice, cumin, garlic powder, coriander, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the marinade.

Apply the marinade evenly over the cauliflower head.

Roast the cauliflower on the baking sheet for 30 to 40 minutes, until dry and lightly browned.
