Spicy Sriracha Panko Chicken Fingers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F and prepare a foil-lined, nonstick sprayed baking sheet.

  2. Mix Sriracha, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in one bowl; place panko crumbs in another shallow bowl.

  3. Coat chicken strips in the sauce mixture, then roll in panko crumbs, and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 F and is lightly browned.

  5. Serve.
