Instructions

  1. Start boiling the vinegar in a small pot.

  2. While the vinegar boils, sterilize a glass jar with its lid, then add the chiles to the jar.

  3. Once the vinegar boils, remove from heat and carefully pour it over the chiles in the jar until fully covered.

  4. Seal the jar and let the mixture infuse for at least one day.
