Instructions

  1. Start boiling salted water; cook pasta according to package directions, then drain and set aside.

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef and onion, breaking up the meat. Stir in garlic and bell pepper; cook until tender, then drain any excess fat.

  3. Add diced tomatoes, seasoning, oregano, pepper, tomato paste, and water; simmer for 5 minutes, then season with salt as needed.
