Spicy Paloma Cocktail

A zesty tequila and grapefruit cocktail, this spicy paloma features a unique chile pepper-infused Aperol for an extra kick.

Instructions

  1. Infuse Aperol: Combine Aperol and a whole chile pepper in a glass, tasting periodically after 10 minutes until desired heat is reached.

  2. Strain the infused Aperol into a lidded bottle and store in a cool, dry place for up to three months.

  3. Combine tequila, chile-infused Aperol, juices, and syrup in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.

  4. Shake until well-chilled.

  5. Strain into a chilled collins glass containing fresh ice and a grapefruit slice.

  6. Float club soda over the back of a bar spoon to top the drink.

  7. Serve immediately.
