Spicy Minced Meat Kheema Paratha
Kheema paratha is a simple-to-prepare Indian flatbread filled with flavorful minced meat.

Instructions

Knead whole-wheat flour with water to form a smooth, medium-soft dough; cover and let rest for 1 hour.

While the dough rests, prepare the masala kheema or bring pre-made kheema to room temperature.

Divide the dough into golf-ball sized portions, then roll each into a 3-inch circle on a floured surface.

Place 1 1/2 tablespoons of kheema in the center of each dough circle, fold the edges to seal, then roll into a 7-8 inch diameter paratha.

Heat a griddle and cook one paratha at a time.

Flip the paratha when bubbles appear, then spread 3/4 teaspoon ghee on the top surface.

Fry for 30 seconds, flip, and drizzle ghee on the other side.

Continue flipping until both sides are crispy and golden brown; repeat for all remaining parathas.
