Thinly slice the pork to about bacon thickness.

In a dish or bag, combine onion, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, gochujang, sugar, rice wine, and ginger to create the marinade.

Add the sliced pork to the marinade and let it sit for 30 to 60 minutes.

Grill or broil the pork for 4 to 8 minutes, or stir-fry in an ungreased pan for 5 to 10 minutes, until cooked.
