Spicy Hoisin Pork Stir-Fry

A quick and easy dinner features marinated pork stir-fried in a sweet and spicy hoisin sauce.

Instructions

  1. Cut pork into 1/2-inch cubes.

  2. Marinate pork with marinade ingredients for 20 minutes.

  3. Combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and water; set aside.

  4. Heat wok to medium-high/high. Add 2 tablespoons oil, stir-fry pork until nearly cooked and colored, then remove.

  5. Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil in the wok. Stir-fry ginger until aromatic (30 seconds).

  6. Add snow peas and stir-fry for 1 minute. Season as desired, then stir-fry for another minute.

  7. Push snow peas to wok sides. Add sauce to the center, heat briefly, then mix with snow peas.

  8. Return pork to wok. Stir in chile paste if using. Cook 30 seconds, then serve hot.
