Spicy Fried Turkey Tenderloins

Cut turkey tenderloins into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces.

Combine turkey pieces, half-and-half, garlic, and Creole or Cajun seasoning in a food storage bag; marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Heat deep fryer oil to 360 F.

Dredge the marinated turkey pieces in flour, coating well and shaking off any excess.

Deep fry the turkey until golden brown, about 4 to 5 minutes.
