Spicy Fried Turkey Tenderloins

Instructions

  1. Cut turkey tenderloins into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces.

  2. Combine turkey pieces, half-and-half, garlic, and Creole or Cajun seasoning in a food storage bag; marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

  3. Heat deep fryer oil to 360 F.

  4. Dredge the marinated turkey pieces in flour, coating well and shaking off any excess.

  5. Deep fry the turkey until golden brown, about 4 to 5 minutes.
