Spicy Fried Chicken Tenders Recipe

Instructions

  1. Heat 1/4 to 1/2-inch oil in a deep skillet to 350°F.

  2. Combine buttermilk, 1 teaspoon salt, and 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning with chicken in a large bag; seal and refrigerate for 2 hours.

  3. In a separate bag, combine flour and the remaining 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning; add marinated chicken and toss to coat.

  4. Fry chicken pieces in batches for 6 to 8 minutes, turning often, until deep golden brown.

  5. Serve with preferred sauces.
