Instructions

  1. Start boiling water.

  2. Boil edamame for 5 minutes, then rinse with cold water, drain completely, and dry thoroughly.

  3. Heat sesame oil and chopped garlic in a large pan over medium heat until fragrant.

  4. Add chili oil and dried edamame; stir-fry quickly, then remove from heat.

  5. Toss with 7-spice chili peppers and salt.

  6. Serve and garnish with red chili pepper flakes.
