Spicy Baked Hot Wings
Buffalo-style chicken wings feature a homemade spicy sauce and are baked for a perfectly crisp finish.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 F.

Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil or foil sprayed with nonstick spray.

In a saucepan, melt butter with hot sauce, Tabasco, vinegar, and brown sugar; set aside.

Trim wing tips and cut wings at the joint.

Toss trimmed wings with 3 tablespoons of the hot sauce mixture; reserve the remaining sauce.

Combine flour, cayenne, black pepper, and salt in a bag or bowl; coat wing pieces in this mixture.

Arrange coated wings on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Flip wings and bake for another 20 minutes.

Transfer baked wings to a bowl or slow cooker, add remaining sauce, toss to coat, and serve immediately or keep warm.

Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch dressing.
