Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot or slow cooker.

  2. Warm on low to medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes, avoiding boiling or simmering.

  3. Stir periodically until honey or sugar dissolves and the wine is steaming and infused.

  4. Ladle into mugs, leaving behind or straining whole seasonings, then garnish with an orange slice and cinnamon stick.
