Spiced Lime-Marinated Eye of Round Steaks

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan.

  2. Combine 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 teaspoon each of salt, garlic powder, cumin, black pepper, and coriander for the marinade.

  3. Thoroughly prick 2 (8-ounce) eye-of-round steaks; place them in a resealable bag with the marinade and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes, turning once.

  4. Grill steaks on the hot surface for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.

  5. Allow the meat to rest for 10 minutes before serving whole or sliced against the grain.
