Spiced Lime-Marinated Eye of Round Steaks
A tender eye-of-round steak is achieved by marinating it in a zesty spice-lime mixture and grilling it to a perfect medium-rare within an hour.

Preheat your grill or grill pan.

Combine 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 teaspoon each of salt, garlic powder, cumin, black pepper, and coriander for the marinade.

Thoroughly prick 2 (8-ounce) eye-of-round steaks; place them in a resealable bag with the marinade and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes, turning once.

Grill steaks on the hot surface for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.

Allow the meat to rest for 10 minutes before serving whole or sliced against the grain.
