Spiced Lamb Stew

Instructions

Trim and cube lamb, then season with salt and pepper and toss with flour.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add floured lamb and chopped onion; cook, stirring frequently, until lamb is browned and onion is translucent.

Stir in garlic for 1 minute.

Add all remaining ingredients and bring the mixture to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 1 hour until lamb is tender.
