Spice Rubbed Tri-Tip Roast

Preheat the grill.

Combine ground cumin, minced garlic, ground coriander, coarse salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and olive oil.

Make shallow slits on the tri-tip and rub in the spice mixture.

Place the seasoned tri-tip in a resealable bag and marinate for 4 hours to overnight.

Secure the tri-tip onto a rotisserie skewer and place it on the grill.

Cook on high heat for 20 minutes, then reduce to medium-high until the internal temperature reaches 150-165 F (65-75 C).

Let the roast rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
