Instructions

  1. Rinse, trim, and thinly slice the mushrooms.

  2. Rinse the red pepper, remove the stem, seeds, and veins, then slice into thin strips.

  3. Peel and thinly slice the garlic.

  4. Heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

  5. Add the sliced mushrooms, peppers, and garlic to the hot oil.

  6. Sauté until the vegetables are soft, being careful not to burn the garlic or overcook.

  7. Serve warm.
